Privacy Policy

Image Use, Privacy & Data Protection Policy :

By booking Sabz Photography, clients grant permission for selected images from their session or event to be used for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, including social media. Any images shared are carefully selected and used tastefully, with full respect for client privacy.

If a client prefers their images to remain private, this must be requested and confirmed in advance of the event. Where privacy is requested, identifiable images will not be shared publicly. In some cases, a small number of images may still be used for portfolio purposes in a non-identifiable way, such as close-ups, detail shots, or images where faces are fully cropped, obscured, or pixelated to ensure anonymity.

If a client would prefer that no identifiable images are shared — including images where faces are visible — this must be clearly communicated in advance. In these cases, only non-identifiable images such as detail shots, close-ups, or images without faces may be used, unless otherwise requested. If no specific preference is stated, anonymised images (such as cropped or pixelated images) may be used.

Client comfort, consent, and trust are always a priority, and images are never shared without prior agreement.

Privacy Requests & Pricing

Where a privacy preference is requested, this is offered as an additional service due to the impact on portfolio use, marketing, and future business growth. The privacy add-on fee is £80 for 3–6 hours of coverage and £100 for 7–9 hours. Privacy is not included within standard coverage and is not subject to negotiation or reduction. All privacy requests must be clearly discussed and confirmed prior to booking. Once agreed, the selected privacy option will apply for the full duration of the event.

Data Protection:

Any personal information shared with Sabz Photography (including names, contact details, and event information) is used solely for communication, booking management, and delivering photography services. Client data is stored securely, never shared with third parties, and is only retained for as long as necessary to fulfil contractual and legal obligations. Clients may request access to or deletion of their personal data at any time.

Image Ownership & Usage:

All images created by Sabz Photography remain the intellectual property of the photographer.

Clients are granted a personal-use licence, allowing images to be downloaded, shared with family and friends, and printed for personal use only.

Images must not be edited, altered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

RAW (unedited) files are not included as standard and are not delivered. Where privacy is requested, images will not be shared publicly. However, this does not transfer ownership of the images — all copyright remains with Sabz Photography. Unauthorised editing, filters, or alterations to images are not permitted.

Availability & Short-Notice Bookings

Last-minute enquiries are welcome and are accepted subject to availability. Same-day or short-notice bookings are only possible where sufficient time is available to prepare, organise travel, and ensure full coverage to my usual standard. Bookings with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered on a case-by-case basis and may not always be possible.

For urgent enquiries, please include:

• Venue / location

• Event type

• Coverage required (hours)

Please note that availability may be limited for early start times or late-night enquiries, as adequate preparation time is required.

A last-minute fee may apply depending on the notice given. RAW image delivery and any additional requests are not included as standard and must be discussed in advance. If I am available, I will confirm with a quote and next steps. A deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before final images are delivered (typically on the day or the following day).

For short-notice bookings, it is important that any privacy preferences are clearly discussed and confirmed at the time of booking. Details regarding image use and privacy are outlined across my website and social media. Where no privacy request is made in advance, standard portfolio use will apply. Due to the nature of last-minute bookings, Sabz Photography is unable to accommodate or take responsibility for privacy requests raised after the event.
