Privacy Policy

Image Use, Privacy & Data Protection Policy :

Sabz Photography understands that every client has different preferences regarding the use of their photographs. While many clients are happy for selected images to be shared as part of my portfolio, I also offer optional Privacy and Anonymised Sharing Add-Ons for those who would prefer greater control over how their images are used.

Any images shared by Sabz Photography are carefully selected and used respectfully, with full consideration for client privacy, cultural values, and personal preferences.

Clients may choose one of the following image usage options before their event.

Privacy & Anonymised Sharing Options

Anonymised Sharing Add-On – £40

Sabz Photography may still share selected images; however, all identifiable faces of the couple and guests will be covered, blurred, or otherwise anonymised before publication.

Non-identifiable images such as décor, venue details, outfits, jewellery, hands, rings, and other detail photographs may also be shared.

Full Privacy Add-On

• Weddings (3–5 hours): £60
• Weddings (6–9 hours or more): £80

Where this option is selected, no identifiable images of the client, couple, or guests will be shared on social media, the Sabz Photography website, marketing materials, or any promotional platforms.

Non-identifiable detail images may still be used unless the client specifically requests that no images whatsoever are used.

Important Information

  • Privacy preferences must be requested, confirmed in writing, and paid for before the event date.

  • Privacy requests cannot be applied after the event has taken place.

  • Where no Privacy or Anonymised Sharing Add-On is selected, Sabz Photography reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio and promotional purposes.

  • All images are shared respectfully and with consideration for the client’s privacy, culture, and preferences.

Data Protection:

Any personal information shared with Sabz Photography (including names, contact details, and event information) is used solely for communication, booking management, and delivering photography services. Client data is stored securely, never shared with third parties, and is only retained for as long as necessary to fulfil contractual and legal obligations. Clients may request access to or deletion of their personal data at any time.

Image Ownership & Usage:

All images created by Sabz Photography remain the intellectual property of the photographer.

Clients are granted a personal-use licence, allowing images to be downloaded, shared with family and friends, and printed for personal use only.

Images must not be edited, altered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

RAW (unedited) files are not included as standard and are not delivered. Where privacy is requested, images will not be shared publicly. However, this does not transfer ownership of the images — all copyright remains with Sabz Photography. Unauthorised editing, filters, or alterations to images are not permitted.

Availability & Short-Notice Bookings

Last-minute enquiries are welcome and are accepted subject to availability. Same-day or short-notice bookings are only possible where sufficient time is available to prepare, organise travel, and ensure full coverage to my usual standard. Bookings with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered on a case-by-case basis and may not always be possible.

For urgent enquiries, please include:

• Date and start time

• Venue / location

• Event type

• Coverage required (hours)

Please note that availability may be limited for early start times or late-night enquiries, as adequate preparation time is required.

A last-minute fee may apply depending on the notice given. RAW image delivery and any additional requests are not included as standard and must be discussed in advance. If I am available, I will confirm with a quote and next steps. A deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before final images are delivered (typically on the day or the following day).

For short-notice bookings, it is important that any privacy preferences are clearly discussed and confirmed at the time of booking. Details regarding image use and privacy are outlined across my website. Where no privacy request is made in advance, standard portfolio use will apply. Due to the nature of last-minute bookings, Sabz Photography is unable to accommodate or take responsibility for privacy requests raised after the event.
